BOOKING CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION

All bookings must be confirmed in writing by fax, email or post no later than 7 days prior to the event.

PAYMENT

A selection of options is available including cash, credit/debit card, cheque and payment via account (conditions apply - please ask for more details).

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.  Cancellations must be made with seven working days notice to avoid cancellation charge.  Cancellation charge is equal to 1 days room hire.

Any reduction in numbers for catering must be received 24 hours prior to the event.  Reductions made on the day will still be charged.
