We just wanted to try to express our thanks for helping us have the happiest day of our lives - we couldn't have done it without you.  You were flexible in meeting our wishes and didn't treat us differently because we werent having a 'big do'.  The reassuring emails were a blessing, knowing you were always there - even when you must have been fed up of us!  Your suppport in re-arranging our ceremony venue, will never be forgotten and we feel honoured to have been the first couple married there.  The venue is out of this world - all our guests have commented about this and we were totally thrilled with it.  The lunch meal and evening buffet were amazing, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.  Thank you for allowing us the day of our dreams and then some!

I would just like to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful day you gave me and my husband on 11th june this year when our wedding was held at South Causey. We had such a fantastic time and I cannot praise you all enough for the effort you put in to making our big day the best day of our lives. Unfortunately on 11th june it rained from the heavens but your fantastic team didn't let that spoil the day for us. You were so fast in changing the room from ceremony room to our reception room that we barely even noticed the torrential rain outside. The food was fantastic. The service was exceptional. The venue was decorated superbly. You made our day go without a hitch. I will definately recommend South Causey to friends and relatives who are getting married. We would like to say thank you for the most amazing and unfortettable day ever.  Our wedding was fantastic, from the moment we booked our wedding in 2009 until the moment we checked out as Mr and Mrs Reid your service was amazing.  Sue and Phil you were so accommodating and let us do exactly what we wanted.  Jean was a super star she transformed our room from a restaurantinto a fab ceremony room, then into our amazing afternoon tea room and finally into our disco room and she never letus down at any stage she was fantastic.  Mark and his team of chefs excelled themselves the food was the most talked about part of the day we were amazed with the afternoon tea and then you pulled out the wow factor just as you said you would.  Fantastic and it tasted ust as good as it looked.  And then we have Chris he did a fanstastic job all day, he kept us all right from the start of the day from button holes to missing bridesmaids to calming down the bride, he was a brilliant support for the whole bridal party and all of our guests.  We just wanterd to say you have been fantastic each and every one of your team.

We just wanted to thank you for the excellent day and evening you and your staff provided at our daughter's wedding on Friday 30th July 2010.  The room was beautifully set up for our arrival, the welcome we received was warm and friendly and the staff were attentive as guests arrived to make sure they quickly had their welcome drink.  The meal was fabulous and served by friendly staff who were accommodating and professional.  The speed with which the room was changed for the evening was amazing and guests were made to feel comfortable whilst this took place.  The evening buffet and service was equally as lovely as the rest of the day and I don't think you or your staff could have done anything to make this day any better.

As mother of the groom at the wedding on Saturday 10th April, I just wanted to say what a wonderful occasion we had.  The South Causey is a lovely venue and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel on the Friday and Saturday.  Your staff were very hospitable and patient, even when we were a little excited during dinnerhaving all met up from as far afield as Australia and New Zealand.  The horse riding and fishing was lovely in the morning.  Your wedding coordinator was great.  The rooms were amazing and a delight.  We may need to return to stay so we can concentrate on enjoying the accommodation and surroundings a bit more.  All in all it was a throughly enjoyable occastion and a big part of that was your beautiful venue and superb staff.  Thank you once again.
