Duo of Homemade Game & Chicken Liver Pate served with spiced chutney and a cranberry & plum compote, with seasonal salad & sun blushed tomatoes
Tiger Prawns pan fried in a garlic & chilli oil, rested on toasted olive bread, with salad and lemon
Locally Sourced Black Pudding with pancetta, sun blushed tomatoes, topped with rocket
Seafood Mixed Hors D’Ouvres – a platter of seafoods consisting of home farmed Trout, Crevettes, Royal Green Lipped Mussels, Norwegian Prawns & homemade Trout Pate served with pickled cucumber & hummus

Roast Turkey with Chestnut stuffing, chipolatas, Yorkshire pudding and cranberry sauce
Braised Lamb Shoulder with roasted winter vegetables served with a mint rosemary gravy

Slow Braised Belly Pork served on black pudding mash with a red wine jus and homemade apple & red onion chutney

A pre order sheet will be sent to you in October and should be returned by 20th November 2010.
