XMAS FAYRE £14.95p per person
 
   Our Xmas Fayre selection is available from December 1st at a cost of £14.95p per person and is available for any number of diners from a quiet table of 2 to a large group of 70! In order to book, it is necessary to give a £5 non-refundable deposit and a pre-order and full payment are required by December 1st
 
STARTERS
 
Chefs Christmas Broth (v)
Tiger prawns rolled in coconut and chilli breadcrumbs served with a mango and pineapple salsa
Black pudding with Pancetta, roasted tomato and spinach salad topped with green pesto
Chefs homemade chicken liver pate served with cranberry sauce and crusty bread
Fresh sliced melon with Parma Ham and peppered strawberries
 
 
MAIN COURSES
 
A choice of traditional turkey or beef with stuffing, Yorkshire Pudding and all the trimmings
Half roast duck glazed with plum and Cointreau sauce
Slow roast Moroccan lamb served with apricot and herb cous cous
Breast of chicken stuffed with brie and served on large flat garlic mushrooms and spinach
Goats cheese tartlet with roasted vegetables and braised red pepper and sun dried tomato coulis
