*Please be advised all of our bedrooms are Non-Smoking
Any damage to bedrooms or failure to comply with the no smoking policy will result in a cleaning charge of a minimum £100.
*Any bedroom keys(s) (including block and key) not returned to reception on check out will be charged at £55 per key.
* Any damages or accounts not settled on the morning of departure will be charged to the card used upon booking.
*This is a gentle reminder that only alcohol purchased on the premises can be consumed in the licenced areas of premises, including bars, restaurant or events spaces. Any guests in breach of this will have any items confiscated, be removed from the venue and the event organiser will be fined.
*We ask you to respect other guests and please keep noise in and around the bedrooms to an absolute minimum after 12am. We will politely ask you to turn any noise down immediately and without question if we feel you are disturbing other guests. If we have to ask you on more than one occasion this will result in the loss of the security deposit and you may be asked to leave the hotel. Where this is the case the hotel will have no obligation to refund you for the lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. *Please note for all bookings the maximum occupancy for which the booking has been made are permitted in the room/house. Guests found in breach of this will forfeit the security deposit, may incur additional fees and you may be asked to leave.

The full security deposit will be returned providing that there has been no damage and the rules and procedures have been adhered too. If the hotel feels the hot tub is left in an unacceptable condition or that the rules have been breached the full security deposit, will be lost and additional charges may apply.

Please note the deposit will be lost if the following:
*Bubble bath or lotions have been used in the hot tub
*If guests have been smoking in the hot tub or inside the room
*If any Glass has been broken in/around the hot tub
*The hot tub has insufficient water in and the pumps have been left on
*The general cleanliness of the hot tub is left in an unacceptable condition
*Any damage to the hot tub fixtures of fittings
*If the top is not closed when not in use
*A MAXIMUM of 6 (2 Causey View Mute Swan or Bull dog) bathers in the tub and one time
*Confetti Balloons or Cannons must not be used in the room or the hot tub
