  • Dining Pod Q&A's
    • I am staying with you between 12th April and 16th May - How do I book a Dining Pod?

      Your private heated Dining Pod will be dressed with white linen, candles and a floral centrepiece.

      Call us direct on 01207 235 555 to book.

      There is a £20 non refundable hire fee to pay on booking.

      If we are unable to honour a booking due to government guidelines your payment can be moved to an alternative date or returned in the form of a credit note.

      Our residents only private dining pods are bookable on:

      Thursday & Friday

      16:45 or 17:00

      19:15 or 19:30

       

      Saturday & Sunday

      13:45 or 14:00

      16:15 or 16:30

      19:15 or 19:30

    • As a resident can I book a Dining Pod just for drinks?

      Unfortunately not - our pods are reserved for dining only.

    • How do I book a Dining Pod from May 17th?

      To book a private Dining Pod for up to 6 guests online, please select the times 12:30, 16:00 or 19:30

      To book a private Dining Pod for more than 6 guests and for Afternoon Tea, please contact our team directly by calling 01207 235555

      The hire fee is full is taken on booking and is non refundable or transferable

    • How many people can gather in a Dining Pod?

      We have 3 sizes of Dining Pods:

      • Bubble Pod minimum 2 guests - maximum 6 guests: £20
      • Super Pod minimum 6 guests - maximum 18 guests: £25
      • Super Duper Pod minimum 10 guests - maximum 18 guests: £30

      For a larger party of up to 18 guests in one of our lager Dining Pods, the tables will be separated into multiple tables of 6 to maintain the current Government guidance.

      No swapping tables or standing/grouping to mingle.

      We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity, addresses or household capacity.

    • Is there a cost for booking a Dining Pod?

      Yes current hire fees are as follows:

      Standard Dining Pod £20 (3 hours)

      Super Dining Pod £25 (3 hours)

      Super-Duper Dining Pod £30 (3 hours)

      Double-Super-Duper Dining Pod booking £100 (6 hours) - please note this option is required for parties over 19 guests booking before 19:00

    • Can I reserve a table or Dining Pod for just drinks?

      Our Dining Pods are reserved for food only.

  • Hotspot Bar Q&As
    • How do I book a table at the Hotspot Bar?

      You can book online or call us on 01207 235 555. Book online HERE (between 15th April & 16th May - After this time the Hotspot will operate on a walk in system only)

      To book a table in our Hotspot Bar we require a £10 per person non- refundable deposit.

      On the day this deposit will be returned in the form of a voucher to be used in full for food or drinks on the day of your booking.

      Please note if the booked amount of guests do not attend, their £10 deposit will be non-refundable. If given more than 48 hours notice we will offer a date change (subject to availability)

      If we are unable to honour a booking due to government guidelines your deposit can be moved to an alternative date or returned in the form of a credit note.

      If unfortunately you choose to cancel or do not attend the deposit will be forfeited.

      Tables can be booked for up to 6 guests for 2 hours. You will be notified of your leave time on booking and we respectfully ask that you plan your visit around this.

      We will be operating a table service and we ask that you remain seated. If you do need to move, i.e entry, exit, using the facilities we ask that you practice social distancing, wear a mask and follow any one way systems.

      Due to the layout in place, if you reserve more than one table, we cannot guarantee they would be located near each other.

      Tables and chairs cannot be moved to accommodate bookings.

  • I want to visit between 17th May and 20th June - What are my options?

    From 17th May

    Our Restaurant and Pods will be available to book for:

    • Up to 6 guests from multiple households
    • 7 or more guests from a maximum of 2 households/support bubble

    We reserve the right to ask for proof of households, identities and or addresses

    Our Hotspot Bar will be operating on a walk in system - please see HERE for serving times

  • How do I book a table in the Restaurant?

    You can book tables for our main menu online or by calling 01207 235 555. Please book online HERE

    Breakfast 09:30 - 11:30

    Lunch & Dinner 12:00 -21:00 (2 hours)

    Sunday Lunch 12:00 -20:30 (1.5 hours)

    Card details will be required to make the booking and in cases of a no show a cancellation charge will be applied.

  • How do I book Afternoon Tea?

    You can book tables for our afternoon tea online or by calling 01207 235 555. Book online HERE

    Please note we require 24 hours notice and any dietary requirements.

    Afternoon Tea in the restaurant is served at 11:45, 12:15, 15:45 or 16:15 - Monday to Saturday. (Please select one of these serving times when booking online to book the afternoon tea option)

    Afternoon Tea is served in the Dining Pods at 11:30 or 11:45 - Sundays. (Please call - currently unavailable online.)

    Payment in full is taken on booking and is non refundable or transferable.

    If we are unable to honour a booking due to government guidelines your payment can be moved to an alternative date or returned in the form of a credit note.

  • What happens if I am late?

    All bookings will be held for 15 minutes after there allotted time. If you have not arrived, the table will then be released for a new booking and noted as a no show.

  • How will I get my food and drinks?

    All orders will be taken and served to you at your table.

    We ask that you remain seated during your visit. If you do need to move, i.e entry, exit, using the facilities we ask that you practice social distancing, wear a mask and follow any one way systems.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel?

    If you choose to cancel, or do not attend your booking, the deposit will be forfeited.

    If we are unable to honour a booking due to government guidelines your deposit can be moved to an alternative date or returned in the form of a credit note.

  • How do I book a table for the dog walk breakfast?

  • How do I book one of the new Farmhouse dining packages?

    Tipsy Afternoon Tea at The Farmhouse 

    You can book Tipsy Afternoon Tea online. Payment in full is taken on booking which is non refundable or transferable.

    If we are unable to honour a booking due to government guidelines your payment can be moved to an alternative date or returned in the form of a credit note.

     

    Farmhouse Sunday Lunch

    You can book a table for Sunday Lunch at The Farmhouse online by selecting either dates and times below:

    • May, 23rd 2021 or May, 30th 2021
    • 12pm, 12.30pm, 1pm or 1.30pm

    A deposit of £10 per person will be required on booking.

    Please note, discount cards are not able to be used towards any of the above events.
