Available booking times 

Please note there is a separate booking fee when making a reservation for afternoon tea in a Private Dining Pod. 

• Monday to Saturday in our Dining Pods: 12:00, 12:30, 15:30, 16:00 (depending on the size of your party) 
• Sundays in our Dining Pods: 11:30 or 11:45 (depending on the size of your party)
• Monday to Friday in our Restaurant: 11:45, 12:15, 15:45, 16:15
• Afternoon Tea in the Farmhouse on Saturdays; Tables can be booked at - 11:45 12:15, 14:45 & 15:15
• Afternoon Tea in the Farmhouse on Sundays; Tables can be booked at - 11:45 & 12:15

Terms & Conditions 

• Afternoon Tea must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any dietary requirements must be stated on booking.
• Payment is required in full on booking – this is a non-transferable and non-refundable payment.
• Please note, the free-flowing tea, coffee, and hot chocolates can not be substituted with any other drinks.
• Please note, the menus and pricing may be subject to change.
• Our afternoon teas are served on either bird cages or picnic tables, however, the same menu will be served on both.
• We will require 48-hour notice if you would like to transfer the date of your booking to another date. 
• All deposits for afternoon tea that have been paid can be transferred to the new date you wish to be moved to. 
• If you have a Private Dining Pod booked for afternoon tea and would like to move the date of your booking, we will require 48 hours' notice. Unfortunately, the Pod hire fee will be lost and a new hire fee will have to be paid for the new chosen date you would like to move to.
