It won’t take much for you to fall in love with The Farmhouse, a beautiful venue with its own exclusive grounds in the heart of the Beamish Valley.
Having successfully worked on the creation/conversion of our 1960's London Bus into stylish accommodation at South Causey Inn, interior designer Peter Silk was the first port of call in the creation of The Farmhouse Wedding Venue. Together we aimed to make The Farmhouse completely different, smart, cool, intimate, stylish, and luxury, with meticulous attention to detail.
The inspiration came from the highly successful Hotelier and designer KIT KEMP and her chain of highly successful exclusive Firmdale Hotels. Kit Kemps's success lead to her creating her own range of fabrics and wallpapers for leading interiors company, Andrew Martin.
"A truly unique wedding venue located in the heart of the Beamish Valley"
You will approach the 150-year-old stone Farmhouse through a private driveway and gated entrance.
After saying ‘I do’ in the stunning ceremony, you can take to the exclusive grounds for drinks and photographs before heading inside the main dining area for a delicious feast. Imaginatively designed with an orangery roof and large windows to allow you and your guests to take in the stunning countryside. A truly idyllic place to celebrate.
As day turns to dusk, gather your guests in a cosy corner of the lounge area with a real log burning fire and plush furniture to relax before the evening party begins. After all the dancing is done, ascend up the staircase to The Master Suite and Guest Bedrooms.
